Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
By using myRWA you agree to these terms. They keep things fair for residents, admins, and us.
What you can use myRWA for
- Run your housing society — notices, complaints, bills, events, amenities, polls, marketplace.
- Communicate with neighbours and vendors in your society.
- Be the admin of your own society OR join an existing one via invite.
What you can't use it for
- Spam, harassment, or fake notices.
- Sharing your account with people not in your society.
- Posting copyrighted content you don't have rights to.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or trying to break the app's security model.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your phone secure — that's how we identify you.
- You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete Account.
- Admins can remove you from a society if you violate society bylaws or these terms.
Marketplace
- You're responsible for the items you list and the transactions you make.
- myRWA doesn't process payments or guarantee transactions — buyers and sellers settle directly.
- Admins can remove listings that violate community guidelines.
Payments
- Bill payment links open your UPI app (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm). myRWA doesn't hold funds.
- Payments shown as "paid" in the app reflect what your admin marks — keep your transaction reference for disputes.
SOS and emergency features
SOS alerts notify your neighbours but myRWA is not a replacement for emergency services. For real emergencies, dial 112 (India) directly.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but can't promise 100% — push notifications, AI translation, and real-time sync depend on third-party providers (Google, Apple, Firebase). We're not liable for missed notifications during outages.
Changes
If we change these terms substantially, we'll notify you in-app. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
